General

The terms below apply to all aspects of Freedom Forge: Dallas (the 'Event'), listed on thecontractorfight.com (the 'Site')., held at The Epic: Warehouse (the “Venue”). Before completing your registration or purchasing your tickets with the Site or Event we ask that you read the terms and conditions set out below.

The Site and Event are owned by The Motor Group LLC (“TMG LLC”).

CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact, including individuals without disease symptoms. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited or limited the congregation of groups of people.

The health and well-being of our staff and conference participants remains our top priority. In order to minimize the risk of COVID-19 entering into our conference environment and spreading amongst our community, we will only allow staff assigned to work and conference participants into our conference space.

I acknowledge that I understand the risks of COVID-19 and understand that TMG LLC and all affiliates involved in Event are not liable if I am exposed or contract Coronavirus/COVID-19 while in attendance, or while traveling to or from Event.

MEDIA RELEASE

I consent to the recording and use of my image and likeness in photographs, motion pictures, audio or other recordings taken at Event for use in TMG LLC advertising, marketing, promotions, or any other profitable endeavors by TMG LLC, including publishing on thecontractorfight.com or any other third party and social media websites.

I explicitly agree that I am not entitled to any compensation or fees for any written content or media that I may share with TMG LLC about Event or my experiences with TMG LLC, and that my sole consideration is my ability to participate in Event.

Solicitation

The Site, and Event do not constitute a solicitation to buy or sell any investment.

Advice
No information contained in the Site or provided at the Event should be deemed to constitute the provision of financial, investment or other professional advice in any way.

By proceeding you agree, to the exclusion by us, of any liability, including without limitation that arising from any loss of profit or any other damage direct or consequential, in respect of any errors and/or omissions by us and/or any relevant third parties in respect of the content.

The contents of the Site, the Event are based upon sources of information believed to be reliable, however, save to the extent required by applicable law or regulations, no guarantee, warranty or representation (express or implied) is given as to its accuracy or completeness and, the TMG LLC and its members, officers and employees disclaim all liability or responsibility in respect of the information or any views expressed herein.

If you have accessed the Site using a link from another site, TMG LLC does not accept any liability or responsibility for the accuracy of information contained within the sites of other providers who have links to any pages of this site or to whom this site is linked.

Registration

By registering your name and email address on the Site, you are agreeing to receive email and SMS communication from TMG LLC to keep you informed of related products and services. Please see our privacy policy.

Notification
You agree to notify us of any changes to your personal circumstances with respect to any information or representation made herein and to provide us with any changes to this information as we may reasonably require.

Ownership and Copyright

The copyright in the website and the event (unless otherwise indicated), its contents, including all information, graphics, code, text, and design are owned by TMG LLC and should not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Admission Policy

Our events are open to professionals only. Solicitation of business or distribution of materials by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately removed from the show.

Any person found to be registering to attend our events using false information or credentials or deliberately withholding information will have their application automatically denied and may be liable to prosecution. Without prejudice, the organizers reserve the right to exclude any person(s).

TMG LLC reserves the rights to film/permit approved third-party filming across all days of the event.

By attending the event, attendees permit the Venue, organizers, and approved third parties to use any footage taken. No person under the age of 18 years, including children of the exhibitors, will be admitted during the tenancy period. Canvassing is not permitted.

The organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the Event or venue who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break the rules.

TMG LLC reserves the right to deny future event participation to individuals who violate these terms.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Registrants remain responsible for 100% of the invoiced amount, regardless of attendance.

A substitute attendee can be named up to THREE (3) days before the event starts and no fees will be applied to this. Onsite ticket/pass transfers will not be permitted.

In the case of an act of god event (e.g., natural disaster, war, public health crisis, etc.), your event ticket will be transferred over to the rescheduled dates or to a future event from TMG LLC within 12 months of the original date, pending availability. In the case of a future event, you would be expected to pay any differences in the advertised ticket price.

Discounts & Codes

Tickets distributed as part of a discounted price are applicable exclusively to the specific attendee. Complimentary tickets will only be valid for said attendee unless otherwise specified by a member of The Contractor Fight® team.

Live Event

The event, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Unused tickets/passes will be forfeited and are not transferable to another event.

Attendee acknowledges and accepts all inherent risks associated with participation in a live event, including travel, physical activity, or interactions with other attendees.

Ticket Transfers

Ticket/pass transfers will not be processed during the show or THREE (3) Days prior to the start of Event.

Process for Guest Ticket Transfers

Once a ticket/registration is confirmed, you may only change the assignment of the guests accompanying you a maximum of 2 times by submitting a Guest Ticket Transfer Request. You must submit a transfer request to: help@thecontractorfight.com.

Governing Clause

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.
